Today In Hip Hop History:

Snoop Dogg released his fifth album ‘Tha Last Meal’ on December 19th, 2000.

‘Tha Last Meal’ was Snoop’s third and final album released on No Limit Records, and the first on his label, Doggystyle Records.

The album featured production by Master P, Dr. Dre along with Timbaland and Soopafly and guest appearances by Kokane, Bad Azz, Mc Ren, The Lady Of Rage, Ice Cube, Nate Dogg, Kurupt, Butch Cassidy , Tha Eastsidaz, Suga Free, Eve.

‘Tha Last Meal’ included the singles “Snoop Dogg (What’s My Name Pt. 2)”, “Hennesey n Buddah” featuring Kokane, “Lay Low” featuring Nate Dogg, “Loosen’ Control” and “Wrong Idea” featuring Bad Azz.
